While using sub-tasks we want to monitor main tickets and review updates if there is at least one sub-task been upgraded.
Is there a way in JQL to build report that show main tickets with updated recently sub-tickets only?
Thank you!
Hello,
You could use Power Scripts for the task. You could create a file called jqlRecentlyUpdatedSubtasks.sil with the following code:
string [] keys = selectIssues(argv[0]);string [] ret;for(string k in keys) { for (string subTaskKey in subtasks(k)) { date recentlyUpdated = currentDate() - argv[1]; runnerLog(recentlyUpdated); if (%subTaskKey%.updated > recentlyUpdated){ ret += subTaskKey; } } }return ret;
Let's say you want to see all tasks which subtask were update no longer than 2days ago. You would use the following JQL function
key in silJQLList("jqlRecentlyUpdatedSubtasks.sil", "project = projectKey", "1d")
