Find issues that was in status on user between dates

I want find issues that was "In progress" on user between dates.

Something like

status WAS "In progress" ON "username@domain" BETWEEN "2018-01-10" AND "2018-01-15"

Is it possible?

Yep. This mean that issue was assigned to user when status was in progress.

Another words i search for issues that user works on at last week.

What does

ON "username@domain"

mean to you? Does this mean that it was assigned to them?
