Sorry .. but why is Bitbucket on my phone

Andrew Dixon

Sorry for such a basic question.. but I noticed a bitbucket entry in my phone usage report and dont know what it is ... nor it seems does my mobile phone company.

So .. what is it ?

;.........whats it doing ?

...........do I need it ?

..........and if I dont how do I get rid of it as it using over 10% of my data ?

Sorry to bother but appreciate a answer

You've installed an application that talks to bitbucket.  Without knowing what app you've installed, we can't answer your questions with any significant degree of accuracy, but at a guess:

>what is it ?

Bitbucket is a service for looking after git repositories

>whats it doing ?

No way to know unless you can tell us what the application is

>do I need it ?

If you have to ask, then no, you don't

>and if I dont how do I get rid of it as it using over 10% of my data ?

Uninstall the application you installed
