In jira 4.0.2, there is a file called managelinks.jsp to customize the links associated with an issue. Can you please let me know the corresponding file in 4.4.4?
Check atlassian-jira-4.4.4-source/jira-project/jira-components/jira-core/src/main/resources/system-issueoperations-plugin.xml, I think that's what you're after? We changed all this for security reasons, so beware csrf issues.
The xml file you suggested only contains the actions. Can yo tell which xml file contains the transitions (reopen, confirm etc)?
And also i need the file which contains the information about People, Dates, Time Tracking sections etc

Do you mean the template or the actual data? Because the transitions, people, dates etc are stored in the database. Can you please elaborate what you're trying to achieve? This will help me to solve answer your question better.
