How to gain admin role to create projets and users in JIRA ?

Hi,

Sorry for this question that may be for newbies but i need to get the ability to create users and projets in JIRA as the previous admin left without transmitting it.

I am already contact for the billing if it can help.

The only way to get admin on Cloud is to get another admin to add you.

If you've lost all your administrators, your best bet is to raise a support request with Atlassian, as they'll need to change your account to a site-admin.

Unfortunately, i did not specify i am in the cloud mode.

So I don't have access, i think, to the DB
