I want to modify reporter,but I can't do this.

You can update it like any other field on an issue, although your user must have "modify reporter" permission

No.We wrote an application to creat issue ,but now we just use an account to log in and creat.
I want to modify reporter after creating issue by APP automatically.
But there is no interface.
Ok, well, you can use the edit API to change the reporter in your APP, whatever that is.
