Can I use a Jira Developer Licence for a different jira version?

Hi,

I want to make an upgrade of my jira 6.3.

Can i use the jira developer licence to test all the customizations of my old version on the latest version?

Yes, a developer licence will work for all versions from 4.0 upwards.
