How to replace "Assign" button with "Log Work" button for Closed issue?

I'm trying to replace "Assign" button with "Log Work" button for issues that have been closed. I'm using Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v6.4.4#64019-sha1:7dfd03b). Any help is greatly appreciated.
