Atlassian plugins won't update after Upgrade

Support Tools Plugin <---- This plug-in has not update should I disable it or uninstall it?

Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools <---- This plugin says there is an update but just throws Unexpected Error when trying to update. How should I update this?
