One of my user does not have the option of sharing a ticket with others
This button simply does not appear in the dashboard. Any reason why ? I can't find a permission related to this option..
Hi @UPA Outils Logiciels ,
please check that user has Global permission "Browse Users". Without that permission, an user is not able to share issues.
