How can i add a label to a macro parameter?

How can i add a label to a macro parameter, via the user macro i can add the description with "@param [...]|desc=[...]

so how can i add a label/description via the atlassian-plugin.xml or the plugin.properties?

 

I already tried this  but it's not working.
