How do I hide certain fields from view issue page?

I have a bunch of fields on my "View Issue" page that I want to hide/remove (see attachment).

I'm generally familiar with the process for hiding fields, but despite my efforts I can't seem to get it to work.

I've looked at my screen configuration, and everything seems to be in good order. (see attachment)

What am I missing?

Hi Andrew,

You can try the Field Configuration layouts to force the fields to be hidden. I suspect those fields are either brought by a plugin which forces them to stay. Another idea could be that you,re not editing the proper Screen which I highly doubt. Can you check in the Custom Field admin page what type of fields are those, might be plugin-related?
