Is it possible to have same e-mail address for different projects? We plan to have same e-mail address to which the customer would mail, for couple of projects.
We are not sure if this could be done.
We are using JIRA cloud.
Not a 100% sure but I'd sayt it's not possible. The documentation is stating that you should typically used one email address per project (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/creating-issues-and-comments-from-email-861253784.html).
I've never seen a context where email is used for multiple projects working without plugins in my case.
