Cannot modify Reporter on 1 issue type

According to the Permission Helper, I have permission to change the Reporter of issues. This works fine for all Issue Types except for one. Anyone know why that is? This has me stumped.

Never mind. This particular Issue Type had the jira.issue.editable property set to false in the Closed status!
