According to the documentation given here:

... you can create a confluence plugin with a space blueprint which has got a hierarchy of pages.
The problem is that when I create a space using my developed blueprint plugin, the pages of the new space appear sorted alphabetically, which I don't want. In the atlassian-plugin.xml I placed the "content-template" elements for each page in a specific order and confluence doesn't respect it.
What can I do?
I am looking for the same answer. Does anyone have an update on this?
