ERROR 404 in Workflows Schemes page

Question

When I try to access the workflow administration, I get a 404 error and nothing appears in the logs.

I have a JIRA 6.4 and cannot create a support ticket in Atlassian Support for the version.

Please help me!

You'll need to read the logs in /logs/atlassian-jira.log and /log/catalina.out to find out why it's failing.
