Run a script to change the status to another value?

Question

I want to change the status of asset from "running" to "warranty end".

I tried ScriptRunner with Escalation Service but when i try to start the service i got a error message

"[NoViableAltException(-1@[])]"

What is this?

Hi Johannes,

Seems like the destination status name is not correct. Might be a lot of things actually. Could you share your service associated code?
