how to use logical OR to manage two filters in quick filter section.

Hi, I did quick filter as Deadline3weeks (duedate <=3w and duedate > 2w) & deadline 2w (duedate <=2w and duedate > 1w) and so on. however,  single filter activation retrieving belonging tickets. But in further, as a requirement, whenever a user activates both filters then should have retrieve tickets those have deadline between 3weeks and 2weeks. I actually confused are there any solutions in order to deal this requirement. Thanks in advance for useful suggestions.

Hi Rinku,

if you activate more than one quick filter, you only see issues that belong to the result of all filters. It's the intersection set, not the union of both.

If you select deadline3weeks and deadline2weeks you select only issues that have a duedate in three weeks and a duedate in two weeks - and that's of course not possible, so the result is empty.

If you want to select all issues that have a due date between 2 weeks and 3 weeks in the future, you have to add another filter.
