Can use a default value setting for issue field during creating?

I want to create some issue creating style based on different issue type. For example, pre-define some content in description field for bug, and different content for new feature. Then it is easy for tester or designer to create a bug or a new feature.

Nowadays, some testers from one module open bugs with multifarious content in description field, this doesn‘t make sense to the developers. So just wants some options for the testers fill in the blanks in description field.

Any plugins?

You could use field configurations per issue type to give the appropriate description about what should be filled in each field (the smaller font text that comes below the field). You could also use HTML links in this, which can lead the user to a page in Wiki with a detailed description of how to fill the 'Description' field. You could specify the _target=blank so that a new window opens up without the user losing what he already typed in the Create issue form.

Specifying default value in the context may not be an option since the contexts are per project, not issue type.
