Assign multiple issues (tasks) to a new assignee?

Is there any function to bulk assign multiple issues/tasks in my backlogg to one person in my project at the same time?

Hello,

You can do it using issue navigator with the Bulk change functionality. But you would need to write the correct JQL filter. You could copy your filter from the board and add " AND sprint is empty". Then you could bulk change assignee field for the selected issues. More about bulk change you can read here
