Comments and 10 minute window email notification can this be changed

Jaime Romaguera_ezr1jz

Hi, I understand that when you make a comment it does not send an email notification immediately, but process it as email notification inside a 10-minute window. Can this window be configured to be example 5 minutes?

Thanks for any advice

Regards

Jaime

Hi Jaime!

Mail notification based on the few momnets:

1. Mail queue on JIRA side

2. Mail on first SMTP/ mailrelay side

3. other systems.

For understanding and optimizing please, use this instruction

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/notification-mail-slow-to-arrive-or-having-huge-delay-397803670.html

Hope it helps for you.
