how do I log in as a user with the JIRA Systems Administrator global permission

I have purchased the licence but unable to install and get started

If you are the person first installing a Server installation, then you will have been asked to create an admin user and given a password. This user starts out as the System Admin.

If you are on Cloud, you don't get System admin rights.
