Show a report of worklogs logged for current month and subscribe to it

Hello!

Is there a way to show a report of hours that users logged for current month only? And subscribe to it via e-mail for current month?

This is not possible with JIRA out of the box. It is probably possible using a plug-in like Time Sheets.
