we need to add new Fields on the Organization
There are no fields on organisations. The two columns you see in your screen shots are calculated from current data, not fields.
@Nuno Rocha,Adding to @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- response maybe if you conveyed what your end goal is there may be a different approach.
