Where is the office connector bundled with Confluence Cloud?

I am on the latest cloud Confluence and unable to find the office connector? When i go to manage add-ons it is not listed. When i try to find the add-on it does not appear?

Go to > Manage apps
Choose System from the filter drop down and then search for Office Connector
