Unable to see Organisation field in Create Jira Screen

We have enabled the field "Organisation" by configuring the Create Screen from the Screen scheme. When we click "Where is my field"  the answer is that the field should be coming on the screen. But it does not show up.

Hello,
You can not see the field in portal or Jira? If in Jira and you are sure that your configuration of the screen scheme is correct then try the following
1. Click the Configure Fields button at the top right of the screen.
2. Click All to show all fields.
