Confluence - Login one account with more users

Question

Hello,

we have licence for 500 users. Is it correct to use one account in confluence to log on to confluence with more than one next users using this account in confluence?
Or it contravene the licencing policy?

There's a potential issue if one of your shared users automates something that then overloads it, but if you're not allowing any writes, it's fine, there's nothing you really want to track.

However, if you're going to do that, there's a good case for allowing anonymous access instead.  Then no-one has to log in to read.

But in this case is this account create only for reading puspose. This account has only reading rights. Therefor I think that is possible to use this account this way.

So I think that It is therefore in accordance with the licensing policy.
