How to display Incoming email content in Custom field

My Requirement is:

If we got any reply from users we need to display email details (From, Subject, Email body) in one custom field.

Target Customfield is : Email Received

Can you provide details as to how to write and email handler ?

You will need to find or write a customised "email handler" that can read the email in full and fill in the fields.
