I have taken an evaluation license for Jira and Gliffy. I need to see how both of them work together before making my purchase decision.

If not, then please contat Atlassian support. Answers is a user forum - we are not technical support for OnDemand (happy to help with usage questions of course, but you need to contact Atlassian if there are license or system problems)
