Linked issue Event

Hi 
How I can create an event to listen when I add an Issue Link on a parent Issue?

I want to create a listener to make a transition when I create a blocked by issue link. But when I issue the issue update listener it doesn't work, and I don't see any compatible listener to perform the action.

Unfortunately issue link event was introduced only from Jira 7.5. You can read it here:

If you have lower version of Jira you can use Issue Linked Event for Jira plugin but it is not for free:
