We are urgently need to archive auto approve on JIRA Service Desk server, but saddly to find atlassian doc says it only applies on JIRA cloud.Does any body has a workaround to archive the auto approve on your JIRA server?
Could you clarify what do you mean archive auto approve?
I mean if the approver field value is empty, we can set a rule auto approve this issue and make issue keep going on. I finally solved my issue with automation rule and revise transitions on workflow.
