Can't locate a name to assign a JIRA ticket to

Question

I can not locate a name to assign a ticket to in a recently set-up project however that name has been assigned several tickets in a different JIRA project. Is this just an internal issue? A project issue?

Hey Anthony,

Check under your project permissions, the "Assignable User" permission may not include the correct groups.
