How to Export all issues with a custom filter?

Question

I want to export all issues that are in a certain field that I provide. For example, if I want all Issues that are Open, within the last week, specific assignee, ect.

I know how to export individual Issues, but not a group. Would this be possible to do to a CSV/Excel?
