Create, edit issues in Confluence and should be able see in JIRA and Confluence do we have plugin ?

Would like to create , edit issues from Confluence and should see the same in JIRA and if we make any changes in JIRA by default it should  get updated Confluence and vice versa.

Do we have any plugin for this ? if not how it can be done. Please let me know.
