How does Seraph deal with OAuth?

Our JIRA & Confluence instances have SSO provided by a custom Seraph.

We have detected that OAuth requests are being logged by Seraph and not finding an authentication method it can recognise.

Can this fact cause any issues with the JIRA & Confluence integration through the applinks?
