How to move/copy many issues at the same time from one project to another?
To move issues in bulk to another project, you can find details on how to do that here. This will move the issues into the other project and does NOT create a new copy of each issue you move.
If you want to copy/clone into another project, I think you'll need an add-on for that (like this one).
