unlinking links on a confluence page ?

hi all,

users of Confluence 5.10 server

I have a question - We are trying to migrate from media wiki to Confluence. we have thousands of pages. If I copy paste, the links for all images gets copied.

* I can unlink them individually but is there a way to unlink all the links on the page at once( without add-on)
* What is the best add-on for this type of migration ?

i did and it says it's not compatible with 5+ versions of Confluence.
