Has anyone downloaded the JIRA app for their iPhone?
I have it downloaded but can not figure out how to login. My credentials that I use on the web version do not work. Any suggestions!?
Hi Natalie,
One thing I noticed when I signed in just now was that it signed in, gave me the option to chose the site I wanted and then went back to the login screen as if I hadn't logged in. I closed the app and re-opened it and it brought me to the screen I was trying to go to.
Another issue was that there was an outage a couple hours ago that has been fixed so if you were unable to get into either check that again and see if it works now.
Cheers,
Branden
