When I am commenting on a story and I try to attach a document -

I select Attachment/Browse

Nothing happens, and I am unable to browse and attach my file Jira Error.PNG

I'm experiencing the same issue!
Also when pasting attachments using Ctrl + V the attachments throw an error "Unable to render embedded object: File (image-2017-10-13-10-33-16-595.png) not found"
