[Jira] Get logout constantly when creating tickets, assigning them, etc.

Hi guys,

We have encountered an issue with constant logging out.

For instance, we create a ticket, and after clicking "Create" button we see a message: "You are not logged in or don't have enough permissions...etc.". The thing is, everyone who creates tickets has admin permissions. This also happens when we try to re-name tickets, assing them to anyone.

In a nutshell, we get logged out with almost any action we perform to tickets.

Has anyone encountered such an issue?

Lars, thank you for your feedback.

We are on v.7.3.6.

The system admin is checking the log now. Hopefully it gives us some hints.

Disabling the session bot killer didn't work.

What version are you onn?

What does the log say?

Have you tried disabling the session bot killer?
