I had accessed Confluence with the generated licence, but unable to login now and not able to reset.

Had purchased an annual licence and not able to use the portal now.

Your email address doesn't have access to wibmomobile.atlassian.net.

This shouldn't be the case as I had purchased a personal version

Sajith,

All of the accounts on the wibmobile.atlassian.net instance you mentioned use email addresses with your wibmo domain. If you login with any other email address you won't be able to access the instance.

You mentioned having purchased a "personal version" but unfortunately there isn't anything like that offered at Atlassian. Can you let me know what you mean by that?
