Edit a member from a Team Space in Confluence

Hello, when adding a list of members to user group i get an error message :

The following error(s) occurred:

User XXXX could not be found. Please confirm his or her existence with a Confluence Administrator.

I do confirm that this user exist ... so what's the pb please?

ok, you confirm existence with your Confluence Administrator in User Management (Users) section

This user exist and has access to your space?

Hi,

Yes he has access to the space. By the way, i found the solution : it's needed to add the "user id" and not the name & first name ...
