Confluence: Create space dialog loads indefinitely

Question

Upon creating a space, the space type dialog appears but seems to load forever / freezes.

System:

- Debian 9.1
- Postgres 9.6
- Confluence 6.4.1

Thank you Shannon, it was my fault. I had an error in my mod_proxy configuration.
