Adminsitrator access problem

Question

Hello, I get the following error message when reattempting to login to the system settings. I am administrator and get in the settings but everytime when I get prompted again or timeout again I get that message after trying to login

500 error code Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation.

Why does this do it and how can we fix it?

You need to look at the logs. Your application is spitting errors out there, you can't ignore it.
