How do you get rid of the avatars of the person who created the page in Confluence Cloud?

I'd like to disable seeing avatars of the person who created the page. These are supposed to be company resources and don't "belong" to an individual.

I even tried deactivating the user (who no longer works at the company) but his avatar still appears on the page
