Do I need to make any changes to Jira, Stash, Help Desk after changing Confluence from http to https? I will follow the link below to make the confluence changes.

You should probably delete and re-create the application links. You may want to terminate the application links over HTTP only anyway. You may see some issues running some applications in SSL and some non-SSL.
