Error: Restoring a project from an automatic backup

Hello,

We encounter some issue with the functionality to restore a single project from a backup. When we select our backup file in the repository "Import", we get this error message:

Some backup work properly, and manual backup are OK.

* "How are they being created?"* We create two backup a day with the Backup Service built in JIRA.

* "How big is the file and is it comparable to one that does work?"* Yes, it's more or less the same size for each backup.

* "If you unzip the file, what is in the zip file?"* I will check it today with the admin team.
