I am looking for solutions to manage publication status, set expiration dates, create notifications at the attachments level in Confluence.
Thanks a lot in advance for any information

I understand you are looking to manage attachments in Confluence, including notifications at the attachment level. I found this on the Atlassian Marketplace: Arsenale Lockpoint - Attachment Checkout
I verified in their documentation that notifications are a feature: Overview
Looking forward to hearing what solution you go with for your requirements.
