Unable to login hip chat

Question

I have bit bucket account. Now I want to use hip chat. When I tried to sign up with hip chat, it says account already exists and not able to sing up. If I tried to login with the bit bucket credentials then not able to login, even not throws any error like incorrect password or user does not exists etc. Please help me. Thanks.

Hi Avinash! Are you using the Cloud or the Server version of our products?

You said when you tried to log in to HipChat using your Bitbucket credentials, it didn't work. Can you send a screenshot of what happened? Can you also let us know if you're trying to log in via the application or the web interface?

Have you tried resetting your password in HipChat? Can you log in after that?

Cheers,

Ana
