Reorder pages not available in Confluence

unknown

Everytime I try to reorder a page, I get forwarded to this page without a drop down arrow.

My colleague with same access and admin rights to this Space seems to have the same issue.

I'm using Chrome (Version 60.0.3112.101) on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 on Macbook pro.

Is it possible that there are no pages in the space, beneath the space home? I was able to reproduce the issue when I was on a space that had no pages listed on the Pages link (in the sidebar):
